3. Within 3 days of payment, you will receive your curated travel proposal. We strive to deliver it to you promptly, but in case of any unforeseen delays, we will communicate with you via WhatsApp to keep you informed.

Our comprehensive proposal includes essential details to make your vacation exceptional, such as the number of days spent in each city, province, or county, a list of included experiential activities, airport transfers, various modes of transportation (self-drive, driven with a guide, or via trains), grade of hotels (without specific names) with breakfasts included, and the final cost of the tour.

The proposal fee covers the essential elements of your tour, but it does not include air tickets (though we are happy to assist with the purchase), lunch, dinner, or entrance tickets that cannot be obtained in advance.

The proposal fee serves as a deposit and is waived, allowing it to count towards your tour fare when you engage our services to arrange your customised tour after reviewing the proposal.

It is however non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with us.
