Ms Best (Travel Concept Designer) of Epic Travel provides excellent customer service and tour planning.
My... family and friends have benefitted from her tour advises based on our budget and needs. Ms Best is patient with her clients (even if they drove her up the wall and down the floor 😅).
In addition, Ms Best was contactable via WhatsApp to resolve any issue faced while we were overseas without letting us feeling a sense of helplessness.
My wife and I are now awaiting for our trip to Japan in the very near future which was postpone since June 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Have no worries about the credentials of Epic Travel.
