Once our travel planning services are engaged, you will pay the discussed travel planning fee for us to start researching and planning your vacation.
We will send you the travel plan within 5 days of payment.
The travel plan will include the grade of hotels, an outline of activities, and the final tour fare.
Once you engage our services, the travel planning fee is waived and counts towards your tour fare.
You will then pay 50% of the tour fare, and we will map out the day-by-day itinerary and arrange the logistics of your trip. The itinerary can be further refined based on your requirements at no additional cost.
