Make a non-refundable deposit of SGD$980.00 (or a specific amount the travel designer has indicated) to us.  Once in receipt, we would map out your day-to-day itinerary.

1. There are 4 payments altogether:
2. First payment – Proposal Fee.  You pay a refundable proposal fee to get an overview of your trip.  It will count as part of the tour fare if you decide to engage our services.
3. Second Payment – Deposit.  You pay a non refundable deposit to map out the day to day itinerary.  This fee is non-refundable and if you change your mind, you will be provided a credit note where you can utilise for your future trips.
4. Third Payment – Accommodation Fee.  You pay 50% of the remaining balance to secure your hotels.  Hotel names will be provided after receipt of payment.  Hotel confirmations will be sent to you once it is confirmed.
5. Fourth Payment – Balance Tour Fare.  You pay the remaining tour fare to finalise your trip arrangements.  Entrance tickets, transport details will be provided once payment is in receipt.

In the event that you decide to cancel your trip, the proposal fee and the deposit will be in credit for future usage.  For transport and accommodation, it will be refunded according to our vendor’s policy.  An administration fee of $200 will be charged to facilitate the cancelation.

We are an online travel agency that do not have a physical office.  All communications and payment are made online.  We are definitely one of the most responsive travel agency in the market.

We can organise a zoom or skype meeting to iron out the details.  As we are very experienced in what we are doing, no requests are too tough for us.

The accommodation list will be provided once you made the accommodation fee payment.  We would proceed to book the hotels and send you the confirmations.

Accommodations are very volatile.  What is available now may not be when we book.  Hence, only once we secured the bookings, we would send you the confirmations.

Hotels can be changed.

If you have any preference of hotels, you can inform us ahead of time.  If it is within the same range of hotels that we quote, there will be no change in the tour fare.  Otherwise, you would have to top up or we would refund the difference accordingly.
