We start our vacation with the “old” Singapore, visiting the Chinatown of Singapore. The Chinatown is a blend of new and old buildings, with historic temples, traditional herbal shops tucked in the alleys and not forgetting new bars and cafes (did we mention food is around any corner in Singapore? 🤗😁😄)
If you need to cool down due to the humid weather, visit one of the many dessert shops in the shophouses located in the small alleys and reminisce the past history of Singapore. Feeling hungry? Head off to the nearby hawker centre to recharge.
Must visit: Buddha Tooth Relic Temple for its beautiful structure.
Another must visit is Little India, which shows off the vibrant culture of Singapore’s Indian community and incredible shopping. Must visit in the area is Mustafa shopping centre. You can literally get anything you need from snacks to electrical appliances and even a money exchanger.

We suggest you head off early before the crowd sets in. Lots of activities await, depending on your interests. You can park yourself at the beach and people watch as the day goes by. Visit the various attractions such as Madame Tussauds to learn about the history of Singapore.
For those who want more adventures, head over to Resort World Sentosa, an integrated resort on Sentosa. We highly recommend spending the day at Universal Studios of Singapore with 24 exhilarating rides. You can also have fun in Adventure Cove Waterpark and Singapore Oceanarium.

We start off with Merlion Park in the morning. We recommend visiting in the morning when the weather is nice and warm, with less crowd. Take a walk around the Merlion park and esplanade to take in all the views. Next, head off to a river cruise along the Singapore river.
Lunch would done in our world-famous hawker centres (food court) where you get to enjoy local food. Dine like the locals and enjoy tasty pot of Singapore. Some famous local dishes to consider, Char Kway Teow (Fried Flat Noodles), Hokkien Prawn Noodles, Chicken Rice, Laksa. Gosh, we are getting hungry now.
After lunch, take a walk around Marina Bay Sands surroundings and more opportunities for shopping. Next, you can head off to another famous icon of Singapore, Gardens by The Bay. Enjoy this city garden which is the pride of every Singaporean. A must visit is the flora fantasy.
Shopping day in Orchard Road, the shopper’s paradise. Spend the entire day walking down the orchard road for your shopping needs.
Orchard Road’s bustling boulevard is now a retail and dining paradise, with thousands of establishments offering the ultimate lifestyle experience to tourists and locals alike.
After shopping, dinner will be done in a famous nearby hawker centre. You can look forward to seafood dinner in a local setting.
